Special Tips Before Your Visit:
We are no longer doing timed ticket sessions! That means you can use your day's tickets to come play at anytime during our open hours!
Guests can reserve tickets in advance of their visit or may purchase their tickets at the front desk upon arrival. Click here to reserve your tickets to play! Tickets are available 7 days in advance.
Masks are strongly recommended for staff and visitors, and will continue to be required for unvaccinated guests ages 5 and older.

Parking
Free parking is available for Museum visitors at both locations! At our Downtown location, please use the parking deck located between the Science Museum of Virginia and the Children's Museum of Richmond (pictured below). The parking deck can be accessed by turning onto Terminal Pl. off of W. Broad Street. Once on Terminal Pl., please turn right onto the road directly in front of the Children's Museum. You will see the parking deck up ahead and may make a left turn directly into the entrance.
Parking is available in a large lot directly in front of our Chesterfield location.

Available Discounts
Use the code "MFA" at checkout to reserve your Museums for All tickets online. You will be required to present your SNAP EBT card, EBT App, or WIC card when you arrive.
Military Discount
Use code "MILTY" to receive our military discount. You will be required to present military ID when you arrive.
