As a Member of CMoR, you have exclusive access to the PassPlay membership app. PassPlay provides a streamlined check-in process by showing your digital membership card/barcode, and you get exclusive opportunities to earn rewards points with every visit! Redeem them for carousel rides, guest passes, additional gift shop discounts, and more! Turn on your push notifications and never miss out on important updates like closures, delays, and member-only events!  

How do I access my digital membership card?

1) Open the email from PassPlay Account Services (noreply@passplay.io).
2) Download the PassPlay app on your phone.
3) Log in using your membership details.

For quick and easy access, add your digital CMoR membership card to your mobile wallet!

I didn’t receive an email from PassPlay. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder! The subject line will read: “Tap Into Your Free Member Rewards With PassPlay!”. Emails are sent at 9 am the day following your membership purchase and will include your membership ID. Please reach out to membership@cmorva.org if you still haven’t received your email the following day.

Please note that these email invites are only sent to NEW members, not renewals. If you need your membership ID # or the invitation re-sent, please reach out to membership@cmorva.org or speak to a Guest Services Associate directly at the front desk.

How do I earn points?

No matter if you’re visiting Downtown or Chesterfield, you can earn PassPlay rewards points every time you come to play! Points can be earned at check-in and through art and education activities, recurring weekly programs, special events, and more.  

Open your PassPlay app, tap the “Points” button and scroll down the list of current QR codes available from CMoR to earn points. When you’re ready to claim points, tap the “Scan QR Code” button and use your phone to take a photo and earn your points!

QUICK TIP: Look for the QR codes on the “Member Rewards PassPlay” signs posted at the front desks and around the museums to start scanning and earning!  

After earning points, how do I redeem my rewards?

Go to the front desk and click on reward you want to claim, click the blue “Redeem reward now” button. You must be in front of a Guest Services team member when you are ready to redeem your reward! You also have the option to claim your points and save to redeem later. 

QUICK TIP: To see your available rewards, Open PassPlay, click the “Rewards” tab at the bottom center. You will see your available points, click “All Rewards” at the top center (unavailable rewards will be greyed out – you need to earn more points!).

Will there ever be other rewards?

Yes! We will continue to add new rewards throughout the year.

All of my points disappeared! What do I do?

Try logging out then logging back in. If you’re still having trouble, please contact membership@cmorva.org.

Can I get points for all of the times I attended with my membership this year but didn’t know about the PassPlay app?

We’re sorry, we can’t retroactively assign points to your membership. Our team will do our best to remind you to use the app and rewards program when visiting with us.

Do you offer physical membership cards?

We do not. If you decide to opt out of our PassPlay rewards program, you can delete the app from your phone after downloading the digital membership card to your Apple or Google wallet.

Alternatively, you may check-in by showing a valid photo ID that matches the adult name on the membership.

Do I need the PassPlay app to earn points and redeem rewards?

Yes, the only way to earn points and redeem rewards is through the PassPlay app. You must also have an active CMoR membership.

Are points automatically applied to my account at check-in?

No, members must scan the QR code located at the front desk to apply admission points to PassPlay.

I already have the PassPlay app but I don’t have my membership ID #. What do I do?

Reach out to membership@cmorva.org or speak to a Guest Services Associate directly to get your membership ID #.

What should I do if I receive the error message that my “Membership does not exist”?

  • To login to PassPlay you must use the active membership ID and the phone # or email of the PRIMARY member on file. All named adults will enter the exact same information.  
  • If a phone # or email is not correctly listed on the membership, on the second login attempt PassPlay will ask for the last name on the membership

Is there any other reason to use the app outside of the rewards system? 

Yes! Receive push and in-app notifications about closures, delays, and member-only events!
