This Manager helps to inspire and motivate the Legendary Santa Team to ensure every guest has an exceptional and magical Santa experience! This Manager will help field and respond to customer service issues on an immediate basis with exemplary customer service and will follow the Museum’s cash accounting procedures and reconciliation and daily receipts. This position may also fill in as needed as cashier, line attendant, photographer, or stage manager.
Successful candidates for this position will be energetic, enthusiastic, and focused on providing world-class customer service. Candidates should be able to be flexible and patient and exhibit strong collaboration skills. Cash handling experience and customer service experience is required. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds. Applicants should be at least 17 years old and able to pass a background check.
Hours / Schedule
Shifts vary between 9AM and 5PM November 1 – November 22 (pre-season) during which the Manager can expect to work 5-19 hours per week. Shifts will vary from 7AM and 9PM from November 24 – December 24 (in season) during which the Manager can expect to work 35-40 hours per week, including weekends.
