Spooky fun awaits at the 19th Annual Halloween Hoopla on Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm! Dress up in your favorite costume (you too, Mom & Dad!) and head down to the Children’s Museum Downtown (2626 W Broad Street) for an afternoon of trick-or-treating, pumpkin experiments, and MORE!
