DESCRIPTION:Join us as we unveil “Light That Reflects on My Crown\,” a vibrant new mural by our 2026 Creative-in-Residence\, Courtney Lebow! Over the past several months\, Courtney has collaborated with children and families at the Chesterfield Museum to transform a large wall into a joyful celebration of swirling colors\, crowns\, and sparkles. \nThe mural celebrates the idea that every child is inherently worthy\, radiant\, and deserving of a crown. Through repeated yet unique crown designs\, the artwork reflects each child’s individuality while reinforcing a shared sense of value\, joy\, and belonging. \nThe afternoon will begin at 1 pm with a brief welcome and an opportunity to hear directly from Courtney about her inspiration\, creative process\, and collaboration with Museum visitors.
